In its own land, of its own land
The heart of CEFA's activity are the projects, that our passionate cooperating and volunteers pursuite, never looking at their watch, paying attention and spending every penny carefully. In the last 45 years CEFA worked in Africa, Central America, South America and Balkans, giving employment to more of 15 thousand people on the ground. In the last 15 CEFA invested in the developing countries around 50 million of euro to realise cooperation projects whose beneficiaries were about 2 million. In the past year we realised 32 projects.

Agriculture
More than 70 % of the poor in Africa live rural areas but still has no tools to develop agriculture, such as seeds of quality, fertilizers and hydro resources. CEFA intervenes to find out solutions to these issues.

Work
In the world south the lack of opportunities leads many to abandon their countries. CEFA supports farmers to give them future so they can become entrepreneurs, and aspire to many other jobs.

Migration
Since 2011 CEFA committed itself to the migration phenomenon through the projects implemented in Morocco, Tunisia, Italy and lately even in Libya.

Human Rights
Having known for several decades the territories where CEFA operates, and having given trust to local population, CEFA engaged to protect even the poorest to give them the chance to live with dignity and rights.

Our areas of intervention
CEFA is present in the North Africa (Morocco, Tunisia and Libia), in the Horn of Africa(Ethiopia, Somalia), East Africa (Kenya, Tanzania, Mozambique), in Central America (Guatemala) and Latin America (Ecuador).
