The general coordination of the activities is carried out by the management office. The manager is Paolo Chesani.Project Management
Within the project management area there are various managers, who follow the projects according to their skills. For the ongoing projects the project managers are:- Morocco, Tunisia e Libya: Andrea Tolomelli

Management control
Prepares the annual budget and monitors the costs incurred for the implementation of the various projects. The reference person is Paolo Chesani.Administration
It carries out the accounting records, follows the trend of cash and bank accounts, provides for payments of salaries and suppliers, prepares the balance sheet and financial assets of the Association. The administrative section is coordinated by Maurizio Tarozzi.Communication and Fundraising
It communicates with press and donors, sets up and follows communication and fundraising campaigns. It is responsible for the publication of the magazine "Il seme della Solidarietà". The office is entrusted to Giovanni Beccari, Giulia Fiorita, Elisa Lolli and Sara Laurenti.Relations with the territory
The activities on the territory and the relations with voluntary groups, are followed by Irene Torre.
Distance support (SAD)
It follows the SAD programs and liaises with the subscribers and with the volunteers who follow the on-site childcare programs. All activities related to distance support in projects are managed by Giovanni Beccari, Giulia Fiorita, Neria Alberoni and Elisa Lolli.
Information, awareness, education for development
It takes care of cultural promotion activities through conferences, seminars, interventions in schools, universities. It takes care of the Italian and European programs of sensitization and information. These activities are entrusted to Andrea Tolomelli and Giovanni Guidi.
Personnel selection
The research, selection and training of internal staff and volunteers is under the direction of Marco Benassi and Luca Rondini.
Secretariat and protocol
It follows the general archive, the incoming and outgoing mail and performs the secretarial duties of the management office. The management of the general secretariat is entrusted to Rosa Cicala and Ornella Martinetto.
Logistics
It provides for the purchase of goods and services, follows the stipulation of insurance contracts. This sector is entrusted to Sergio Trocchi.
