Organizational Chart - Who we are
CEFA’s work is a team work made of Italian professional resources as well as people working abroad. Together with employees and consultants CEFA always used volunteering help of professional people that believe in the organization.

DIRECTOR:

Overall coordination of activities is done by the Director office Paolo Chesani which is responsible for the direction.


PROJECT PLANNING:

Within the planning area, managers have specific expertise in relation to implementation development projects that they will follow in different countries.
For ongoing projects the responsible persons are:
- Morocco and Tunisia: Andrea Tolomelli
- Ecuador and Guatemala: Alice Fanti
- Kenya, Somalia, South Sudan: Luciano Centonze
- Tanzania: Marco Benassi CONTROLLER

Prepares the annual budget review and constantly monitors the costs incurred for the construction of various projects.
The head of reference is Paolo Chesani.


ADMINISTRATION:

It makes the accounting records, following the trend of cash and bank accounts, taking care of all salaries and suppliers payment, prepares the Association balance sheet.
The administrative team is coordinated by Maurizio Tarozzi.


FOUND REASING AND COMMUNICATION

Following contacts with the press and with donors, sets and follows communicational and fundraising campaigns .The fundraising and communications office (website, newsletter, social networks) is entrusted to Giovanni Beccari, Giulia Fiorita , Irene Torre and Sara Laurenti.


RELATIONS WITH THE TERRITORY

The activities on the territory, the relationship with support and volunteer groups, are followed by Elisa Lolli.


DISTANCE SUPPORT ( SAD )

Following programs SAD and maintains contacts with the underwriters and volunteers following programs for children on site.
All activities related to distance support in integrated projects of CEFA are managed by Giovanni Beccari, Giulia Fiorita, Anna Felicori and Neria Alberoni , Irene Torre.


INFORMATION, SENSIBILIZATION, EDUCATION DEVELOPMENT

It takes care of cultural promotion activities through conferences, seminars, universities and schools meetings. It publishes "The seed of Solidarity” magazine and all Italian and European Programs awareness and information. These activities are handled by Giovanni Guidi and Aloys Rutakamize.


RECRUITMENT

It follows the recruitment, selection and training of volunteers and aid-workers: it helps to make all their contracts.
HR selection, also for the volunteers, its entrusted to Marco Benassi and Luca Rondini.


SECRETARY and PROTOCOL

Follows the general archive, the inbox and outbox mails and performs secretarial duties of the Directors office.
The General Secretary management as well as the Directors office secretary are entrusted to Rosa Cicala.


LOGISTIC

It cares about the purchase of goods and services, following insurance contracts stipulation. This sector is entrusted to Sergio Trocchi.
